|Reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time either through the reservation system or by phone.| |For cancellations made later than 24 hours, I will charge 75% of the session price: -An exception is, if the customer can provide proof of last-minute illness or possible COVID-19 testing, in which case the cancelled appointment within 24 hours will not be charged. -If the customer does not show up or you arrive late for the scheduled appointment, 75% of the service price will still be charged.|
